McKinnon's First Photo Shoot

Last week, and very dear friend of mine gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. I was so priveledged to be asked to take her photographs and it was great to see all the kids again. I loved this shoot and the picture speak for themselves!

Though my business primarily is with newborns and pregnant woman, I get inspired everywhere I go. Here are some shots of a sunset I just couldn't get enough off. I had hubsy pull over while driving on the highway so I could get these shots!

I love photographing my daughter, I cannot get enough. Here are a few pictures I took 2 weeks ago. Notice the pumpkin tattoo, those are left over from Halloween and she always wants to wear them.

Fall Mini Session

Yesterday the weather was beautiful, and my daughter just couldn't get enough of the red and orange leaves in our backyard. I rushed inside to get my camera for a mini session of fall goodness. Here are my favorites.

Birth Story

Angie called me at 10:30PM on Sept. 27 and let me know that she and Jason were heading to the hospital, it was time. I arrived at the hospital at 4 in the morning and spent the next 12 hours watching the rise and fall of contractions, joyous look from visitors, and the most amazing miracle in the birth of their son, Boyer.
